We are currently looking for…

Tax consultantAPPLY

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a company incorporation advisor (European and international).
  • You have worked in legal and accounting firms on an international scale (in the UK or abroad: Switzerland, Spain, Cyprus, France, Luxembourg, Monaco or other international jurisdiction).
  • You are an expert in the following areas: international taxation, company incorporation process, international banking and financial system operations.

Accounting expertAPPLY

  • You have 5 years of experience as an accountant or accounting expert.
  • You have worked in legal and accounting firms on an international scale (in the UK or abroad: Switzerland, Spain, France, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Monaco or other international jurisdiction).
  • You are an expert in the following areas: accounting for international companies, management of tax returns - tax and VAT (Intra-community), accounting and operations of international banking and financial systems.

Legal expertAPPLY

  • You have 5 years of experience as a legal expert.
  • You have worked in legal and accounting firms on an international scale (in the UK or abroad).
  • You have a strong grasp of the following: business law, commercial law, employment law, civil and criminal law (for offshore companies). You have experience in tax law and are familiar with the legal system of companies located abroad.

Accounting / Administrative assistantAPPLY

  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal or accounting assistant.
  • You have worked in legal and accounting firms on an international scale (in the UK or abroad).
